There have been increasing instances of hostilities directed towards our receptionists, clinical staff and physicians over the past few months.
Just a reminder that Lakeside has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY regarding verbal and/or physical abuse directed towards support staff or Physicians. Service will be denied, the individual will be banned from the clinic and, depending on severity, police may be called and charges laid.
We understand that navigating through healthcare is a challenge and everywhere you look there are wait times – months waiting to see specialists, months of waiting for MRI’s or 4 hour wait to see a Doctor in Urgent Care.
