Urgent Care Policy and Protocol changes taking effect Sept. 15th include:
-All Patients will be seen on a first come first served basis
-Patients will not be able to choose their physician
-Completion of Forms will be at the discretion of the Physician
-Patients will receive a text when they register. A second text will be sent when the patient’s turn to see a Doctor is nearing. This second text will also instruct the patient to come into the waiting room and have a seat. If the patient is not in the waiting room when called by Clinical Staff, the patient will be taken off the queue immediately.
