Public Health orders are being removed July 11, 2021, but in an effort to keep patients, physicians and staff as safe as possible and in following SHA suggested guidelines, Lakeside Medical Clinic will begin a gradual move out of restrictions as follows:
Effective 0900 Sunday July 11:
-All patients will be required to continue masking at all times while in the clinic.
-You are encouraged to bring your own mask. However, masks will be provided at no charge if you do not have one.
-COVID19 screening questions will continue. Patients screening positive for risk factors (such as symptoms, exposure, potential exposure, international travel, etc.) will be asked to wait in their vehicle.
-The Urgent Care Waiting Room will reopen. If patients choose to wait in their vehicle, staff will call your cell phone when it’s your turn.
Effective 0800hrs Monday July 12 :
-Telephone Assessments will no longer be provided and patients will be seen in person.
-All patients must register in person.
-Telephones will no longer be answered by Urgent Care staff evenings and weekends.
All areas of the Office:
-Staff will continue masking in patient areas not separated by plexiglass partitions
-All plexiglass partitions will remain in place allowing staff to remain safe while working mask free.
-Telephone Assessments for booked appointments on 3rd and 4th floors will continue.
-Pandemic sanitation standards shall remain unchanged.
